Due to the rains for the last three days, the administration has stopped the passengers at various places. the region's unpredictable and excessive rainfall has posed significant challenges for pilgrims, impacting their safety, travel plans, and overall experience. Excessive rainfall has led to delays, stranded pilgrims, and even potential safety risks due to unstable conditions. 18000 passengers have been stopped by the police from Rudraprayag to Gaurikund. Due to the heavy rain, most of the passengers are stuck up in the rooms of hotels, lodges, and huts.
