The government of Uttarakhand had taken many precautionary measures yet the devotees aren’t taking the health advisory seriously. Which has recently led to the death of 2 pilgrims due to a heart attack in Yamountori, char dham yatra.  A health advisory has been issued for the safety of pilgrims. Yet due to negligence couple of devotees, unfortunately, passed away following the consecutive day in Yamunotri. The government of Uttrakhand has requested the pilgrims to follow the basics of health for their own safety. Especially, for elderly people who are above 55 years old. 

The Char Dham Yatra involves trekking, walking, and climbing at high altitudes. Ensure you are physically fit and consult your healthcare provider before embarking on the journey. It is advisable to undergo a medical check-up to assess your overall health and fitness level. Consult with your healthcare provider or a travel medicine specialist to determine if any vaccinations or medications, such as altitude sickness medication or preventive measures against common illnesses, are recommended for your specific health condition.
